The terms 'We', 'Us' and 'Our' are used here to mean Guwahati Racquet & Billiards Pvt. Ltd. whose registered office is in Gita Mandir, Zoo-Narengi Road, Guwahati - 781 024, Assam, India. The term ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We collect payments through this website (https://grnb.in) for the reservation of services offered by Us, which pertain to providing the infrastructure and other facilities for sports and recreational activities.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a Service offered by Us, We invite You to review Our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.

  • Once You make a reservation for a venue for a particular date and time, there is no option for cancelling the same; and we shall take all possible measures to ensure that you enjoy our services to the fullest of your satisfaction.
  • The reservation may be cancelled by Us for reasons beyond our control, e.g. natural disasters, calamities, Act of God or statutory regulations, restrictions or orders by the Government.
  • In the event that We are incapable to provide the Services and it is reasonably proved that the reservation was cancelled by Us or the Services against the reservation have been deficient in quality or standards, We shall eletroncally issue a Credit Note in Your name for the amount collected by Us for the Services for the specific event, which can be redeemed by You for any subsequent reservation with Us.
  • You can request for cancellation of an Order for a Service which you have placed on us, subject to the eligibility of the Order for cancellation.
